Central Railway to operate blocks for rail works at Kasara station near Mumbai on Sunday and Monday

Central Railway will operate special traffic and power blocks on Sunday, October 20, and Monday, October 21, for non-interlocking works at Kasara Station near Mumbai for extension and widening of platform no 1 as well as the extension of 3 R&D lines in down yard

Central Railway will operate special traffic and power blocks on Sunday, October 20, and Monday, October 21, for non-interlocking (NI) works at Kasara Station for extension and widening of platform no 1 as well as the extension of 3 R&D lines in down yard.
The pre-NI works are in progress with the available corridor margin. The details of the blocks is given below:
Date, duration and traffic block section
From 3.20 am on Sunday to 1.20 am on Monday (22 hours)
Down line: From 10.40 am to 1.40 pm on Sunday (Three hours)
Up line: From 12.40 pm to 1.40 pm on Sunday (One hour)
Up and Down Lines combined: From 7.20 pm on Sunday to 1.20 am on Monday (Six hours)
Repercussions on train operations
Up and Down Lines combined: From 7.20 pm on Sunday to 1.20 am on Monday (Six hours)

The following trains JCO will remain cancelled on Sunday
11012 Dhule-CSMT Express
11011 CSMT- Dhule Express
Short terminations
12140 Nagpur-CSMT Sewagram Express JCO will be short terminated at Nashik Road on Saturday
12187 Jabalpur-CSMT Garibrath Express JCO will be short terminated at Manmad on Saturday
