Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) conducted a special session under its Management Insight Program at its Corporate Office in Belapur on Wednesday, focusing on the critical themes of women’s safety and cybercrime.

The keynote address was delivered by D. Sivanandan, IPS (Retd.), former Director General of Police, Maharashtra. Drawing on his vast experience in law enforcement, Sivanandan offered valuable insights into the challenges and solutions surrounding women’s safety and the growing menace of cybercrime in the digital age. His session concluded with a lively question-and-answer interaction, engaging employees on practical strategies to stay informed and secure.


The event was presided over by Santosh Kumar Jha, Chairman and Managing Director of Konkan Railway.



The program saw active participation, especially from women employees, reflecting KRCL’s commitment to promoting awareness of crucial social issues within the workplace.
