Maharashtra Monsoon: Navi Mumbai schools to remain shut on Saturday amid heavy rainfall

In view of the relentless rainfall lashing the city and prioritising student safety, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has declared a holiday for all schools under its jurisdiction on Saturday, July 4.
The decision was taken following directions issued by the Thane District Collector and Chairperson of the District Disaster Management Authority, along with instructions from the NMMC Commissioner, as heavy rain continues to disrupt normal life in the satellite city.
