Maharashtra: Woman abandons two minor children in Beed bus, flees with paramour

The bus conductor alerted police, who rescued the children and placed them in a childcare home. Authorities are continuing investigation and legal action

A shocking incident has come to light from Maharashtra’s Beed district, where a woman allegedly abandoned her two minor children inside a state transport bus and fled with her paramour.

A note, then disappearance

According to police, the woman, a resident of Yavatmal, was travelling with her children on Sunday in a Tuljapur–Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar state transport bus. During the journey, she left the children unattended and got down from the bus with her paramour on a scooter.
