Dear Diana, I'm a happy-go-lucky girl, but what upsets me are the pimples on my face
I see myself losing my self-confidence day- by-day when I see myself in the mirror. I see people around with clear skin. Boys in my college don’t find me attractive due to my pimples. I can’t concentrate on my studies because of this problem. I am 18 years old.

Dear Saniya,
Pimples are a part and parcel of one’s growing up years. Some people get it more while others get it less. Unless it is a severe skin problem, there is no need to ring alarm bells. Take care of your diet. There are a lot of products available for skin care off the shelves. Consult a skin specialist if your condition is bad. Remember as you grow older, the pimples will vanish so keep your skin clean and avoid stuff that is harmful to the skin like too much of oily stuff. u00a0
