The permission was given by Parli court's Judicial Magistrate First Class B B Kale, who also ordered non-bailable arrest warrant to be issued against the couple.
The victim, Vijaymala Mahadev Patekar, who worked as a sugarcane cutting labourer, died on May 18 due to haemorrhagic shock following second trimester abortion and heavy blood flow. The operation was conducted at the clinic run by Dr Sudam Munde and Dr Sarswati Munde in Parli tehsil.

The court also gave judicial custody to victim's husband till June 6, Tandale added. According to Police sources, process was on to seize Dr Munde's property.
