Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claimed the US spent months pressuring countries such as India to reduce imports of Russian crude oil. But after the escalation of the Iran war and rising global oil prices, Tehran says Washington is now encouraging nations to buy Russian oil to stabilize energy markets.
