Former Pussycat Doll Scherzinger reveals fitness mantra — spinning with English football legend David Beckham in LA
Former pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that she maintains her super hot bod thanks to some rigorous spinning sessions along with England football legend David Beckham, 42.

"I've taken SoulCycle spinning classes with David in Los Angeles because we have the same favourite teacher that we love there," Scherzinger, 39, told Hello! Magazine recently.
Scherzinger, currently a judge on the super hit reality TV show, however, does not enjoy being recognised as she works out so turns up for the sessions in a disguise of sorts. "To get in the right headspace, I put glasses on and a hat, no one can keep up with me. And if people recognise me, I just run off fast," she says.
Spinning is a new exercising trend that involves riding a stationary exercise cycle indoors to the beats of loud music. A 45-minute spinning session is said to set you back by a good 700 calories. Besides the former England captain, some of the other top celebs who spin include Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper and Beckham's close friend, Tom Cruise.
