Natalie Portman to star in 'Jane Got a Gun'
Written by Brian Duffield, the film revolves around a woman whose outlaw husband returns home alive despite being riddled with bullet wounds.
When her husband's gang hunts him down to finish their business, the woman is forced to reach out to an ex-lover and ask if he will help defend her farm. The film is set to be directed by "We Need to Talk About Kevin" helmer Lynne Ramsay, said The Hollywood Reporter.
Portman, who won the Oscar for Best Actress through her acclaimed performance as an obsessed ballerina in "Black Swan", will next be seen returning as Jane Foster in "Thor 2".
