Nidhi Subbaiah, who is a known name in southern films and is also working in many Bollywood projects, says she would like to strike a balance between both the industries.
"I want to strike balance between Southern and Bollywood industry. I enjoy being part of entertaining films. If I know that my role in the film is good, I go with it. It's the characters that interests me,” Nidhi told IANS.
The actress, who made her Bollywood debut with “Ajab Gazabb Love” is currently busy promoting her film “Direct Ishq”.
Taking about her role in the film she said: "I will be seen playing a Banarasi girl in the film and her name is Gauri Pandey. The film is widely shot in Benareas. It's basically an action comedy."
Directed by Rajiv S Ruia, 'Direct Ishq' also features Rajneesh Duggal and Rajesh Shingarpure, among others.
