Rumours about Indian captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma's much-hyped engagement on New Year's Day have been doing the rounds for a while.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma recently took a spiritual trip to Haridwar In Uttarakhand where they visited an ashram as well as performed a 'puja'.
They also met a spiritual guru named Anant Maharaj who performed the puja at the Shiv temple.
Virat Kohli, however, has now taken to Twitter to confirm the truth about his engagement to Anushka Sharma. The star Indian batsman cleared the air in typical 'Kohli style' with two straight-forward tweets.
