He kick started his career in 2000 at a car and truck financing and integrated fleet management services company, GE Capital. Mr Aditya was felicitated with “Best Performance Award” at the organisation on account of his proficiency in optimising the collection processes within the commercial financing sector of the company.

He then decided to pursue his higher studies at the University of Wales, where he took up MBA In International Marketing and Finance. He concurrently held a part-time position at British Gas within the Customer Sales Division. He showcased his commitment to excellence at the organisation where he consistently exceeded sales targets (achieving 52 sales in a single day). 

He then underscored his unswerving dedication in the realms of budgeting and financial analysis at Genius Energy, a solar company, in Brazil. After demonstrating his financial prowess, he stepped into the role of Business Development Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where he catered to a diverse prominent client-base comprising Citibank, SCI, Bekaert, Deutsche Bank, Tata Chemicals, AGL, Vale & EDF Energy. Throughout his stint at TCS, Mr Jangid put his best foot forward to capitalise on market opportunities and streamline collaboration with cross-functional teams to attain organisational goals.

With a boundless and deep-seated passion for leveraging the ever-evolving digital realm, Mr Jangid laid the foundation of AdCounty Media with the goal of reshaping the industry’s narrative.
