“I’ve always believed in starting before you feel ready,” says Prattika Shah. That mindset fueled her early days of 20-hour workdays and solo decision-making. From bootstrapping funds to hiring her first team members, she embraced every challenge as a lesson.
Her defining moment came when a beauty campaign went viral, catapulting her to new heights. That success was followed by a million-strong online following, creating a platform that propelled collaborations with national brands.
Prattika Shah is not only a businesswoman but also a mentor and community advocate. She uses tools like Notion, Canva, and CapCut to stay ahead and encourages her teams to experiment fearlessly. Her leadership style is collaborative and transparent, ensuring every voice is valued.
When she’s not working, she recharges with spa weekends, dance practice, and family getaways. “Balance isn’t about perfection, it’s about prioritizing what matters,” she says.
