Aditya Chhabra, Founder & CTO of CreateBytes, is redefining deep tech with ethical AI, real-world impact, and India’s next-gen innovation blueprint.
Aditya Chhabra
In a world where headlines are dominated by billion-dollar valuations and moonshot ideas, Aditya Chhabra is building something far more grounded and arguably more transformative. As the Founder and CTO of CreateBytes, Aditya represents a new generation of deep-tech leaders: technical, mission-driven, and quietly relentless.
A Researcher First, Builder Always
Aditya’s journey began not in a boardroom but in the demanding research labs of India and Europe. A software engineer by training and a data scientist by conviction, He played a key role in the landmark European Union project, PIPER, a major international effort that united a consortium of premier academic and industry partners, including France's INRIA, France's INRIA, Sweden's KTH Royal Institute of Technology, the specialized French safety center CEESAR, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.. There, he developed sophisticated computational models for an open-source platform that personalizes digital human body models. This work is revolutionizing biomechanics, using advanced computer vision and geometrical algorithms to predict injury and improve safety.
His scientific rigor found immediate practical application during his tenure as a Senior Data Scientist at Stryker, a Fortune 500 medical technology giant. At Stryker, Aditya was instrumental in harnessing deep learning and predictive algorithms to build safer, smarter healthcare systems. His contributions to human body modeling have been cited in prestigious global conferences like IRCOBI and SAE International, informing safety standards in both the automotive and healthcare AI sectors.
“Whether it’s a finite element model of a spine or a predictive algorithm for patient recovery,” he shares, “my obsession has always been: how do we make data truly useful and reliable?”

The Birth of CreateBytes: From Studio to Powerhouse
Founded in the late 2010s alongside Priyanshi Chhabra, CreateBytes began as a multidisciplinary studio aimed at merging design, engineering, and human insight. But Aditya’s long-term vision quickly pulled the company into more complex terrain: full-stack, product-led AI. From defense surveillance and logistics systems to enterprise-grade analytics platforms, CreateBytes has grown into a sought-after partner for businesses and governments seeking custom AI solutions. One of its most significant milestones was YugYog.ai, a context-aware surveillance platform capable of incident prediction in real time. Built during a pivot from services to product in 2022, YugYog.ai marked a new era for the company.
“There’s a lot of fascination with making AI that mimics human creativity. We believe the real power of AI today lies in augmenting human intelligence-handling the scale and complexity of data that the human mind simply can't.,” Aditya notes.
In a field often criticized for its "black box" algorithms, CreateBytes operates on a core principle: trust. The firm distinguishes itself by building AI systems that are not only powerful but also transparent and accountable. Aditya’s emphasis on interpretable models means their AI can explain its reasoning, while a "human-in-the-loop" approach ensures technology augments human experts, rather than replacing them. This ethical blueprint is visible across their entire portfolio, from fintech to national security.
Believing that this ethos needs to be scaled, Aditya launched CBXperts. More than just a training center, the academy is a mission to cultivate AI architects, not just coders. By focusing on the challenges of real-world deployment and the importance of ethical design, CreateBytes is actively shaping a future where India’s AI talent is equipped to lead responsibly on the global stage.
Milestones and What’s Next
Under Aditya’s leadership, CreateBytes has:
• Launched 3 vertical AI products, including YugYog.ai and KRIGAT, CB Vision Suite
• Engagement with Indian public sector units and global startups for high-impact deployments
• Mentored over 500+ AI learners through CBX
• Expanded its operations into the UK and US, with an eye on global SaaS expansion
Looking ahead, Aditya is architecting India’s first open-source LLM ecosystem for Indic languages and launching global products like KRIGAT, a browser-based AI platform for physiotherapy. These aren't just projects; they are foundational pillars for a new era of Indian technology.
In an industry captivated by hype, Aditya Chhabra stands apart. He is a systems thinker at his core and a builder by trade, consistently choosing the path of quiet impact over the allure of loud innovation.
“India has the talent and the urgency,” he states. “What we need is patience, precision, and purpose. That’s the blueprint we’re building at CreateBytes.”
