Indian Cricketer Rohit Sharma’s wife, Ritika Sajdeh, has purchased an apartment in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for Rs. 26.30 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

According to the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the property is located in Ahuja Towers, Prabhadevi.
The purchased apartment features a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq. ft. (256.45 sq. m.). It comes with a total of three car parking spaces.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.31 crore and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
The transaction was registered in December 2025.

Rohit Sharma revealed on a show that he first met Ritika in 2008 during a shoot for a sports brand. Ritika was the rakhi sister to cricketer Yuvraj Singh, hence accompanied him and Irfan Pathan to the shoot, which Rohit attended as well.
When Yuvraj introduced Ritika to Rohit, he warned Rohit not get involved with Ritika as he considered her to be his sister.
The shoot was not going well, and Rohit decided to walk out for some air. Ritika approached him, asking him if he needed any help, and the two kicked it off.
Ritika then became Rohit Sharma's manager. A few months later, they became good friends and even began dating each other.
