The Dangal fame actress' last release was Thugs of Hindostan. While her first film made remarkable box office collections, her second outing bombed at the box office, leaving her heartbroken and sad.
Fatima Sana Shaikh will be next seen with Rajkummar Rao on Anurag Basu's directorial - a sequel to Life In A Metro, though she said: "I don't think it is called that."
Fatima Sana Shaikh will also be seen in Saif Ali Khan's Bhoot Police. The film will be helmed by Pawan Kripalani, who is known for directing thrillers like Phobia and Ragini MMS in the past.
For the unversed, Fatima Sana Shaikh made her debut as a child actor with Kamal Haasan and Tabu starrer Chachi 420. She played the couple's daughter in the film.
