Kiara Advani wore a playsuit as she arrived at Manish Malhotra's residence for the dinner party. The designer took to his Instagram account to share a story which had a photo of him with Kiara, Vijay and Karan Johar. Manish wrote, "The perfect end to a long working Sunday... dinner at home with Karan Johar, Kiara Advani and Vijay Deverakonda."
Kiara Advani is currently shooting for Akshay Kumar-starrer Laxmmi Bomb. The film is a remake of Tamil film, Kanchana. The film is directed by Raghav Lawwrence, who made the original film.
Apart from Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani, the Hindi remake will also star actor Tusshar Kapoor. It has also been reported that megastar Amitabh Bachchan will portray a transgender in the film. Laxmmi Bomb is set to release on June 5, 2020.

Along with this film, Kiara Advani is doing another film with Akshay, Good News. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh.

Talking about the film, Laxmmi Bomb, director Raghava Lawwrence had opted out of the film and announced it on social media. Reportedly, Raghava was upset with the film's producer for releasing its poster without his consent. However, after mending his differences with Akshay Kumar, the director returned to helm this film.

Speaking of the same, Kiara Advani, in an earlier interview with mid-day, had said, "I had hoped that he would come back, and he did. He is the best person to helm the film because we have already shot a small schedule with him. He is amazing and is a wonderful human being. He has acted in and directed the original Tamil version, so this is his baby. No one would understand the film better than him. We are looking forward to the next schedule."
