Washington: A dancer has threatened to sue Britney Spears for backhanded her in the face, which broke her nose, during the rehearsal of 'Work Bitch'.

Dawn Noel, who claimed that she was hired to shoot the music video for 'Work Bitch', said that she was standing off to the 32-year-old American recording artist when she twirled while unstable, extending her hands and she smacked her face down, TMZ.com reported.
She added that while she was in agonizing pain, Spears just said "sorry" and continued the rehearsal. Noel is filing a lawsuit against the pop star as she not only had to undergo surgery for a nasal bone fracture, she also has to manage her medical costs as the 'Toxic' singer's team has refused to pay for it.
