Soul star Adele has sent fans into a frenzy by hinting that she is next in line to record a James Bond theme.

The 23-year-old singer let out her big secret during an interview on a TV show.

"It is actually a theme, what I've got to do. Wow, that's really giving something away. It's a concept. One song," she said.u00a0
Adele will join the likes of Jack White and Alicia Keys, Madonna, Paul McCartney and Shirley Bassey, who have all released 007 themes.
