Landing at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
The 28-year-old supermodel announced back in May that she was pregnant and is expected to deliver the baby sometime in December.
"I never saw myself being married and having a child," she told reporters last month.
"Not because I did not want to. It's tough to find somebody."
