The 'Quantum of Solace' beauty was at the Donnington Park Festival when her beau popped the question and the actress said yes, reported Sun online.
Though the identity of her fiance has not yet been revealed, Arterton has reportedly told her friends and family of the engagement.
"Gemma seemed really excited and was sharing the good news with people and telling them how over the moon she was. He was there with her and they seemed smitten with each other. He looked like he'd make a good James Bond with his tall, dark and handsome looks," said a source close to the singer.
The actress has enjoyed a whirlwind romance with the man in question and the couple have want to tie the knot as soon as possible.
