He was taken into custody at 11:20 a.m. Christmas Day after police responded to a 911 call at a home in Aspen, Colorado.
Booked under his real name, Carlos Irwin Estevez, the 44-year-old actor --who is wed to Brooke Muelleru00a0-- was placed under arrest for second-degree assault, felony menacing and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, according to the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department.
