Homeland star Damian Lewis has broken his silence on rumours about him replacing Daniel Craig in the upcoming 007 movie.

Addressing speculation that he is in the reckoning as the next James Bond, Lewis told a publication, "By the time they make a decision (on Bond), I will be dead. So, no one needs to worry anymore."

The 45-year-old star believes that Craig will return for the upcoming Bond 25. Besides Homeland, Lewis also leads showtime series Billions. On the big screen, he has joined an all female-cast of Ocean's Eight.
