A 40-year-old man claiming to be married to Pop sensation Miley Cyrus has been arrested at her home.
Jason Luis Rivera, who claims to have been friends with the 19-year-old for five years, climbed over a fence at the blonde beauty's mansion, where he turned up with a pair of black and green scissors.

He started banging on the door and then hid in bushes in the garden when police officers arrived at the scene, reports contactmusic.com.u00a0Police soon realised where Rivera was hiding when he started lighting candles and they threatened to tease him if he did not come out with his hands up.
Rivera, who had scissors, money, notes and ID in his pockets, had what seemed to be a tie around his neck, but when officers tugged on it a large Pink heart appeared from his chest.
Lieutenant Brian Wendling, of Los Angeles Police, said: "Rivera thinks they were married. I would say delusional is a good characterisation of him." u00a0The stalker was charged for trespassing and burglary and bail has been set at USD 1,000.u00a0
