Priyanka Chopra was said to be announcing the Oscar nominations, but it turned out to be a blink-and-miss appearance. She was seen fleetingly in the introductory video for the Best Cinematography nominees. On Monday, the Academy's official Instagram account shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the nominations promo, featuring PeeCee apart from Rebel Wilson, Michelle Yeoh and Rosario Dawson. It was assumed that they would be doing the honours, but the Oscar nominations were done by actors Andy Serkis and Tiffany Haddish. Did PC jump the gun?
