Gasp! Has Robert Pattinson been harmed on the set of Water For Elephants? This weekend, Robert, 24, was spotted walking around the Water For Elephants set with a bloody nose and lip. 
Don't worry RPattz fans, the hunky actor's bloody face was just the result of movie magic, not a real physical injury.
Robert was back on set to film re-shoots for Water For Elephants. After wrapping up his reshoots, he wiped off his fake blood.
