Second arrest warrant issued against Lohan

Once again an arrest warrant has been issued against actress Lindsay Lohan after she violated the terms of her bail.

Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge Marsha Revel, who insisted Lohan wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet, Tuesday ordered Lohan's attorney into court after learning that she has broken the court order that banned her from drugs and alcohol.
