Los Angeles: Actress Carey Mulligan admits she got drunk and ruined her designer Prada gown at the Oscars in 2010.
The “Inside Llewyn Davis” star wore an adventurous black Prada dress to the Academy Awards in 2010, when she was nominated for best actress for her role in “An Education”, and says by the end of the night she had destroyed her dress.
"When I went to the Oscars - the only time I've ever been to the Oscars - a few years ago, I wore this Prada dress covered in cooking utensils,” contactmusic.com quoted Mulligan as saying.
"I got drunk at the end of the night and started ripping them off and giving them as presents to people, so that was fun. I'm pretty sure that was the point of it, that's how Miuccia (Prada) meant for it to go I'm sure,” she added.
