Zayn Malik won praise from a grateful fan after he and girlfriend Gigi Hadid rescued the girl from a nasty spill as they headed to his album release party in New York City on Friday night.

As the couple was making its way through the swarming fans, one unfortunate lady lost her footing and was about to fall, but Zayn stepped forward to help her up. Gigi was also quick to tend to the young girl and make sure she way okay.
The fan took to Twitter to thank the former One Direction band member and share the story. ‘Zayn Malik just lifted me up off the floor and made sure I was okay; Thank you so much. I’m okay, just scared and a bit bruised and sore but I love you so much’ the girl tweeted in bold capital letters.
