Rihanna shows off a big smile as she arrives at New York City's Best Buy in Union Square on to sign copies of her new album, Rated R. The 21-year-old beauty from Barbados wore a cute fitted top that showed off her tattoos, both real and temporary.

Notice the R on her back? Rolling Stone gave RiRi's album 4 out of 5 stars, saying, "The question has always been personality: Is there a flesh-and-blood woman lurking beneath the big voice and model looks?" On Rated R, she answers the question emphatically.
