After dating for over six years, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are all set to exchange wedding vows in a lavish ceremony in Udaipur. While the ceremony is touted to be a private affair, the couple has been sharing glimpses of their special moments, which have got fans excited. As their sangeet ceremony took place on February 24, Vijay’s groomsmen performed on “Rowdy.” Apart from this, Rashmika received a special gift from her mother-in-law.

A source close to the couple revealed how the groomsmen went ‘Rowdy’ during the sangeet ceremony. They performed on a popular “Rowdy” track. “The groomsmen lit up the stage with a special performance on a popular ‘Rowdy’ track associated with Vijay, promising a high-energy act. Known for its electrifying beats and mass appeal, the song brought unstoppable energy to the celebration.”
As per reports in India Today, Vijay’s mother gifted heirloom bangles to The Girlfriend actress. “In a heartfelt gesture, Vijay’s mother presented Rashmika with traditional heirloom bangles during the sangeet ceremony, symbolising acceptance, love and family legacy,” the source shared.
Apart from this, a report by Times Now mentioned that the couple danced to their popular Geetha Govindam song, “Inkem Inkem Inkem Kaavaale,” at their sangeet. The Telugu romantic drama paired them together for the first time.
To note, the fun-filled night took place after a friendly cricket match with family members and friends titled Virosh Premier League. Before this, the couple hosted a lavish dinner for their families and even enjoyed a pool party.

The wedding is said to be an intimate affair with close friends and family in attendance. To ensure privacy, the couple has opted for a no-phone policy and even hired a top security agency. Following their Udaipur wedding, the couple is set to host a grand reception in Hyderabad on March 4, reportedly at Taj Krishna. The reception is expected to be attended by their friends, colleagues and who’s who from the Telugu film industry.
While the wedding is private, a handful of faces from the film industry, mostly connected to Rashmika and Vijay's early days of acting, have already thronged the venue. Vijay’s Pelli Choopulu director Tharun Bhascker and Eesha Rebba are part of the festivities. Actor-director-writer Rahul Ravindran, who helmed Rashmika's The Girlfriend, also landed in Udaipur. Meanwhile, actress Ashika Ranganath is also among the guests.
