More about The RajaSaab

Directed and written by Maruthi, The RajaSaab is produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment. The film stars Prabhas in a dual role. It also features Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and Boman Irani, and is set to release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

The makers shared a trailer a few days ago, which begins with Prabhas sitting in a hypnotist’s office, as the classic Bappi Lahiri and Usha Uthup song Koi Yahan Nache Nache plays in the background. He seems shocked by the visions that unfold later, showing eerie creatures and a haunted mansion.

The film has already been creating massive buzz, especially after the teaser of the song Rebel Saab dropped, offering a thrilling glimpse of Prabhas in a striking new avatar. Fans were particularly excited to see the star return to dancing after a long time, further amplifying the excitement around his refreshed on-screen persona.

The much-awaited horror-fantasy entertainer is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 9th January 2026.

The RajaSaab Runtime

According to a cinema updates page named Lets Cinema on X (formerly Twitter), The RajaSaab's pre-release booking has opened on a USA-based portal. The pre-booking page allegedly says that the duration of the Prabhas starrer is 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Sharing a screenshot of the page, they wrote, "TheRajaSaab runtime is listed as 3h 15m is USA ticketing sites."

Nevertheless, the official runtime of the film in India will be confirmed after the CBFC certification.

This comes after Ranveer Singh's film Dhurandhar locked in a run time of 3 hours 32 minutes, making it the longest film in 17 years after 2008's Jodha Akhbar.
