Parwani calls herself a thalassophile, an ocean lover. She quotes former US president John F Kennedy in the caption of this post, "We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch - we are going back from whence we came."
She says that practicing yoga along with Pilates can also lead to reduction of stress. "Because of this feature, the practice of the two techniques are also employed as systems of physical rehabilitation. Finally, a benefit of both yoga and Pilates is the increased attainment of harmony and high levels of spiritual, mental and physical fitness." she once explained
Skydiving in Dubai is an experience in itself. She captions, "Another (tick) on my #adrenaline list... Jumping out of an airplane at 13000 feet..."
She says, "Pilates helps in strengthening one's core/deep abdominals that augment sporting activities, assist in injury rehabilitation and supports those with back problems through re-educating the body’s postural muscles to create a very safe and strong foundation for movement."

Doing the headstand in Mussoorie, Parwani captions, "Nothing better than starting your day standing on your head, getting that blood circulation pumping, absorbing those juicy nutrients, stimulating your glands - brain - skin. Oh, and all this is just better when you do it in amidst the mountains."
