The Black Swan Journeys and the Japalouppe Equestrian Centre are bringing together a musical night with the Pune-based band, Easy Wanderlings. The band launched its first album, As Written in the Stars, in 2017. Known for its soulful and free-spirited music, which is a mix of ambient pop and folk, the group has performed at famous venues such as The Piano Man Jazz Club in Delhi and NH7 Weekender in Pune. Unwind with the artistes as they take you on a musical journey with live barbecue and the quiet feel of the countryside.

The screen and the stars
This weekend, Moksh Mantra is organising an open-air theatre screening of two great travel movies that will stoke the wanderer in you. Camp under the stars while watching Into the Wild, a movie featuring the story of an athlete, played by Reese Witherspoon, who gives away everything to live in the wilderness of Alaska, and Wild (still from the film, right), a film showcasing a woman’s solo hiking journey to self-realisation. This will be followed by campfire and dinner. The campsite is situated amidst the hills near Vasai making it the perfect winter getaway for a movie buff.
