From waste to art

Plastic waste is a huge environmental concern, but a Mumbaikar has done her own bit to make a difference. Art teacher Parul Khimasia spent the lockdown making use of her creativity to turn 100 discarded plastic bottles into decorative items to beautify her garden, and is now encouraging others to do the same. “It is a simple, yet productive task,” she says.
