A 15-year-old girl was killed in a shockingly cruel fashion in Bihar's Kaimur district on Tuesday. The victim was on her way to write her exam when the culprits, on a motorbike, allegedly chased her.
The accused pulled her dupatta, dragged her distance and, in another inhuman act, ran over her. According to reports, the victim was walking to school with some of her classmates when the alleged incident took place.
