Students from different parts of the country, Coimbatore, Raipur, Guwahati and Gujarat participate in ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026’, ninth edition as PM Modi addresses exam stress, career choices and the responsible use of technology.
During the interaction on Monday, PM Modi advised students not to fear emerging technologies like artificial intelligence but to use them to strengthen learning and skills
Advising students ahead of exams, he said, “You will never feel tense after preparing well,” and highlighted the importance of practising previous years’ question papers and getting adequate sleep
Responding to questions on careers and startups, PM Modi encouraged innovation, teamwork and early exposure, saying, “There is no age requirement for starting a venture”
The Prime Minister expressed happiness that students of Classes 10 and 12 are thinking about ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’, calling discipline, sustainability and good habits key to nation-building
Speaking on leadership, the Prime Minister said, “Leadership is not about elections or speeches,” adding that true leadership begins with taking initiative and understanding people
Launched in 2018, Pariksha Pe Charcha began as student interaction in a townhall format before expanding into one of India's largest education engagement exercises that now holds a Guinness World Record with over 4.5 crore registrations.
