Australian pacer Peter Siddle tied the knot with long-time partner Anna Weatherlake in Melbourne yesterday. Weatherlake posted a picture (above) of the grand event on her Instagram account. "#BigFatVeganWedding #TheSiddleLakes," she captioned the pictures. A striking attraction for the party was the presence of pets.
Siddle and Weatherlake are committed campaigners for animal rights and it was natural that their dogs were part of the wedding ceremony. Siddle's Australia teammate Aaron Finch and fiancée Amy Griffiths were also present. Griffiths posted a picture that said: "I love how many flattering selfies I'm able to get with my gorgeous fiancé @aaronfinch5 the options are just endless."
