She was 91. Her husband Martin, a fine club cricketer, expired in 1984. Jeanne followed the progress of her sons right from their youth till they carried out their post-playing days’ occupations.u00a0
While Ian became a journalist after he retired in 1980, Greg has been a selector, businessman and coach.
Trevor took to coaching too. Jeanne is the daughter of former Test player Victor Richardson, who played alongside Sir Don Bradman.
