With members Rajiv Shukla (in Delhi) and Ajay Shrike (in England) unable to attend the meeting in Nagpur, IPL's Governing Council held discussions via video conference on Saturday.
A decision on Kochi's request to shift its home base to Ahmedabad was delayed until BCCI's AGM next month. This was the GC's last-ever meeting before the AGM.
