England coach Trevor Bayliss will step down after the next Ashes series in 2019, he announced yesterday as the media slammed him over the 4-0 Test thrashing in Australia. Bayliss, who was appointed in 2015 to succeed the sacked Peter Moores, said it would be time for a fresh approach when his four-year contract comes to an end. "I'm contracted to September 2019 and that will see me out," Bayliss told the BBC.
