Eoin Morgan is overrated: Geoff Boycott

Ahead of England’s World Cup opener against Australia, Geoffrey Boycott has said that England captain Eoin Morgan is overrated despite the left-hander having scored seven one-day international centuries.

“I don’t think he’s as good as he thinks he is, and I don’t think he’s as good as some people say he is,” Boycott told BBC Radio 5 Live. “When top-class bowlers bowl against him he’s not so clever and that’s a big problem.”
