Virender Sehwag's blitzkrieg (146 off 102 balls) helped India register their highest ever one-day total in the first ODI against Sri Lanka in Rajkot on Tuesday.

Virender Sehwag's blitzkrieg (146 off 102 balls) helped India register their highest ever one-day total in the first ODI against Sri Lanka in Rajkot on Tuesday.

Dhoni & Co amassed 414-7 from 50 overs after being sent in to bat by Sri Lanka at the Madhavrao Scindia stadium.


Sachin Tendulkar hit 69 from 63 balls and skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni made 72 off 53 balls to help India post the fifth biggest one-day score overall.
