OJ Simpson (67), currently serving a 33-year prison sentence in Nevada for a 2008 robbery and kidnapping conviction, is obsessed with reality TV star Kim Kardashian (33) and hopes to steal her from husband Kanye West on his release from prison, according to American website www.radaronline.com.

According to a prison insider, the former star American footballer has adorned his prison cell walls with pictures from one of Kim's sexy shoots for an adult magazine.

Sexy pictures pinned up
"OJ has several sexy pictures of Kim hanging up in his prison cell from her 2007 Playboy shot and he isn't shy about showing her picture to fellow inmates," the insider told the website.
Incidentally, Simpson has known Kim since she was a teenager. He was friends with Kim's father Robert and mother Kris Jenner in the 1980s. Robert had even represented him while he was on trial for allegedly murdering his wife Nicole Brown Simpson in 1994. Kim was just 14 then.

"OJ said he always thought she was a cute girl when she was younger, but it has only been since he's been in prison that his infatuation with her has grown into a full-blown obsession."
"He reads every magazine he can about her and when she is on TV he demands silence from his fellow inmates so he can watch without interruption," added the source.
Heisman trophy
Kim has previously dated American footballer Reggie Bush, who lost his college Heisman trophy after he was accused of unethical dealings. And Simpson believes it won't be tough for him to woo Kim, as he still has his 1968 Heisman trophy.
Simpson is said to have told a friend: "She likes black ball players. I'm a Hall of Famer. I still have my Heisman award."
Watch out, Kanye!
Kardashian's marriage to singer Kanye West is no obstacle for Simpson either.
"As long as I am in prison, I can't be with her, so Kanye can have her for now. But when I get out she's mine," Simpson has reportedly said.
Simpson has even tried to contact Kim. The source said: "OJ's tried to get in contact with Kim, but so far she hasn't responded to him."
