Manchester United star Wayne Rooney was spotted with a mystery brunette in a pub during the early hours of last week while wife Coleen was away on a holiday.

According to The Sun, Rooney chatted with the woman for around half an hour while emptying five pints. An onlooker said: "He had a right good natter with her. You would not expect to see a top footballer in there."
