Manchester United star Paul Pogba made his father Fassou Antoine’s 79th birthday a special one by visiting him in the hospital and even getting a huge cake for him. Pogba went to see his father wearing a cap with P and a basketball jersey.

He posted a picture (left) on Instagram and captioned it: "Happy birthday dear Dad, I feel blessed to be your son #pogdaddy #fighter #pogbance."

The 24-year-old footballer limped off in Manchester United’s Europa League clash with Rostov last week with a suspected hamstring injury.

His rehab has gone well and he is likely to be in contention for United’s game against Everton on April 4th.
