Milan: A muscle problem has forced Inter Milan defender Yuto Nagatomo out of their first home Serie A fixture of the season against Palermo, the club said on Saturday.

“Yuto Nagatomo didn’t train with the squad after scans revealed a muscle problem in his right leg,” a brief statement posted on Twitter by Inter said.
