Stick Mobility is a method of training that improves mobility, stability, and strength. It can be used to leverage your existing fitness routine or used as a stand-alone modality to increase the range of motion in your joints. Billimoria works with her students to help them build strength gradually, become more mobile and lighter. She suggests sticking to a dedicated routine for at least a year, emphasising that sport and training should be a lifestyle, not a short term goal. She specialises in track and field and has represented Maharashtra for 17 years and is a former national gold medallist in the 200 metres dash. After retiring, she took up training, specialising in biomechanics in running. She also teaches mat pilates as part of rehabilitation and repair after injury.

RECOMMENDED BY: Tina Shah, Financial Investor, says, “When I started training with Ayesha, my muscle and core strength was poor. Training with her is about quality performance. Try to take her for a ride and she’ll take you for a longer one! There’s no escaping posture, focus and optimal performance. She upped my fitness level while understanding the limitations caused by my injury.”
