India successfully launches PSLVC28 carrying five British satellites

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched its PSLVC28 (Polar Satellite Launch VehicleXL variant) carrying five British satellites. PSLV lifted off on its 30th flight from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota island in Andhra Pradesh with the heaviest ever payload (1,440 kilograms) for a commercial launch.
