IndiGo staff manhandle passenger: Civil aviation expert blames airline's staff training

Civil aviation expert Harshvardhan reacted over the manhandling of passenger by the IndiGo Airline ground staff and said that airline staff is known for its good behaviour and believes in ‘customer is always right’ policy and staff cannot misbehave with the passengers
